How soon do I get my order?
For insurance purposes all parcels will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will cost £5.40 regardless of the weight/number of items you order. Your delivery is guaranteed to arrive the next working day if you order before 2pm though orders after 2pm will not be shipped until the next working day. On a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, all goods will be shipped on the next working day.

How do I return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item or items to us in perfect, unused condition with its original packaging and labels intact within 14 days of receipt. You will be required to organise and pay for the return of the products to us. We will issue a full refund immediately on receipt of the goods, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if you prefer. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Please take extra care to read the product care information as labelled on the product as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.

When will I receive my refund?
We will issue a refund immediately on receipt of the item provided it is returned to us in perfect, unused condition with its original packaging and labels intact within 14 days of receipt. Your bank or credit card issuer will determine how long it takes for the refund to show in your account, please expect anything between 5 -10 working days. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. (N.B Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been declined or has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address within two working days).

How do I know my selection is in stock?
We do our best to keep our site up to date with stock levels at all times. On the extremely rare occasion that we have sold out of something you order we will contact you immediately to let you know. We will offer you a suitable alternative, order your product in for you or give you a full refund if we are unable to fulfil your order at the time of placing.

What payment methods does Love Daisy accept?
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Maestro. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. We ensure that our customers can shop online with complete confidence using the latest security technology. Your credit card details are passed to a financial institution for authorisation and payment. Love Daisy does not retain credit card information once your transaction is complete.

Can I order by telephone?
Yes call us on 01892 616114 and we will be happy to asist with your order.

How do I know you have received my order?
After you have placed an order and it has been processed by Love Daisy, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the details of your order and delivery.

Can I order from outside the UK?
Yes. Orders outside the UK will take a little longer to reach to you but the postage cost remains the same at £5.40

Can I order an item as a gift?
As some people shop with us for gifts so we are happy to deliver directly to you or to an address of your choice - just fill in your required delivery address at the checkout. The invoice will be sent to the billing address so if the order is a gift the recipient will not see how much was spent on the order.

How can I track my order?
You can email us at orders@lovedaisy.co.uk and we will give you a full update as to when your order will be delivered. Please have your order number to hand.

Is my package insured?
Yes. All merchandise is fully insured against damage, loss or theft until you have received it.

Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT.

Are there any additional charges?
No. You just pay £5.40 for the delivery charge.

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item you are interested in purchasing is out of stock, please contact us and our friendly staff will be more than happy to help.
